1. The service

Sow Now provides a hardware kit and software service that uses local sensor data and Growing Degree Day science to generate growing advice for home gardeners and smallholders. Growing advice is indicative and should be used alongside your own judgement — we do not guarantee specific crop outcomes.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Hardware kits are non-refundable after 14 days from delivery unless faulty.
• Faulty hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty — contact us at hello@sow-now.uk.

3. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the hardware or software, resell access to the service, or use the service for any commercial growing operation without a Smallholder subscription.

4. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. The hub stores readings locally for up to 30 days to protect against outages.

5. Liability

Sow Now is not liable for crop losses or other damages arising from use of or reliance on growing advice generated by the service. Growing advice is based on sensor data and agronomic models — it is not a substitute for professional agricultural advice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
